Mission
Vaa's mission is to enhance the economic well-being and secure employment for minority enlisted servicemen and women with a distinct emphasis on chronically unemployed and underemployed veterans with limited education and narrow military to civilian transferable skills. Having created over 7,000 jobs for veterans, vaa's champion mentoring program, continues to match veterans, who have been deemed unmarketable by traditional measurements, with business persons who provide and aggresively work their own personal and professional networks for their vetran mentees who seek jobs.
