Until 2012, North General Home Attendant Corporation ("NGHAC" of the "Agency")provided home care services to Medicaid eligible clients who are medically disabled and/or physically handicapped as determined by the City of New York Human Resource Administration ("HRA"). Effective March 2012, HRA terminated its Home Care contract with the NGHAC and the Agency ceased providing home care services to its clients. Then Agency is nearing the end of its wind down process.
