To organize and form a group of persons, most of whom shall have as their backgroundpast service overseas in branches of the armed forces of the united states of america. to promote goof fellowship, to serve as a basis for renewing and developing acquaintanceship and friendship and to serve as constructive agency for the betterment of the communities in which the corporation shall be situated. to promote social intercourse, gathering and lectures, among the members as a means of wholesome recreation, education and entertainment endeavors, all conductive to better community living. to promote, preserve and strenghthen comradeship among its members, to assist worthy comrades, to perpetuate the memory and history of our dead and to assist their widows, orphans and immediate families. to maintain true allegiance to the gov. of the united states of america, and fidelity to its constitution and laws. to poster true patriotism, to maintain and extend institutions of american freedom.
