The mission of castle park trojans pop warner football and cheer is to fundamentally develop young children in the participation of team sports. It will be our goal to teach young children the values of integrity and sportsmanship. Our organization will give every possible opportunity for young children regardless of race, creed or national origin to be successful in our program. We will create an environment that is parent friendly, children friendly and open to community involvement. We will strive to provide proper coaching and leadership based on the fundamental values of sportsmanship and fair play. We strive to set the examples for our young children and understand the key to our success is to lead by example. Administrative staff, supervisors and head coaches shall bear in mind that the development of exceptional athletic ability and the winning of games are secondary to the molding of good character which is of prime importance.
