The board of directors will oversee the activities of the organization. The board of directors will delegate individuals form the organization to manage the organization's day-to-day affairs. The organization anticipates that the cooperation of the connecticut state medical society-ipa, inc. Will enable it to conduct its activities through volunteers rather than through employees of the organization. The organization anticipates that a strong majority of its time will be allocated to planning, organizing, implementing and conducting these activities. Going forward, it is expected that the organization will be funded by one or more grants.
