and supplies, medical services), and the refresh spot (hygiene center). additionally, hhcla provides co-located behavioral health, case management and supportive services in a variety of sites including city of los angeles central jail, la county twin towers jail, dpss offices, city and county superior courts, permanent supportive housing sites, and project roomkey hotels. hhcla outreach teams provide services on the streets, in encampments, under freeway passes, along riverbeds, in the hills of elysian park and throughout the skid row, silverlake, echo park, and westlake districts.
