THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE ORGANIZATION IS MADE UP OF INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE IN HEALTH CARE SERVICES, WHOSE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
