Over 6,500 members utilize our dividend bearing checking account with the associated services such as direct deposit, automated payment systems and check cards.\n\nSan jose credit union offers a wide variety of loan products to satisfy the borrowing needs of our credit union members. Our total loan portfolio is over $60 million. We strive to offer low rates which are competitive with other area lenders. In addition to unsecured signature loans, we also offer new and used auto loans, and a varied menu of mortgage loan products. We have never been involved in any subprime lending practices and have never foreclosed on a home. We also offerthree different types of credit cards with a portfolio of over $11 million.\n\nSan jose credit union offers several electronic payment systems to our members. Members can make loan payments through payroll deduction with the city of san jose. Members can have their net paycheck direct deposited with us from any employer. We are an automated clearing housereceiver, so members can have their other creditors directly debit their account at the credit union. We also have a home banking system which members can use 24/7 to pay their bills online. We currently have over 2,000 members using this service. This system also provides members with a secure online communication channel.\n\nSan jose credit union also does a lot of community outreach. Our total deposit base is over $118 million. Included in this amount is over $19 million in checking accounts. Over 6,500 members utilize our dividend bearing checking account with the associated services such as direct deposit, automated payment systems and check cards.\n\nSan jose credit union offers a wide variety of loan products to satisfy the borrowing needs of our credit union members. Our total loan portfolio is over $60 million. We strive to offer low rates which are competitive with other area lenders. In addition to unsecured signature loans, we also offer new and used auto loans, and a varied menu of mortgage loan products. We have never been involved in any subprime lending practices and have never foreclosed on a home. We also offerthree different types of credit cards with a portfolio of over $11 million.\n\nSan jose credit union offers several electronic payment systems to our members. Members can make loan payments through payroll deduction with the city of san jose. Members can have their net paycheck direct deposited with us from any employer. We are an automated clearing house receiver, so members can have their other creditors directly debit their account at the credit union. We also have a home banking system which members can use 24/7 to pay their bills online. We currently have over 2,000 members using this service. This system also provides members with a secure online communication channel.\n\nSan jose credit union also does a significant amount of community outreach.
