This coalition will create a policy agenda that will influence and guide the decisions made by the policy makers here in clark county.\n\nCommunity choices 2010 was awarded a 5,000 ambassadors grant from the washington health foundation (whf). Whf is an organization focused on improving the health for all residents in the state of washington. The grant provided funding for the whf president, greg vidor's, participation in the 2009 community report card launch in february 2010 as well as participation for sharon pesut, executive director for community choices, and heather williams, a member of the health equity coalition, to attend the healthiest state legislative conference in november 2010 designed to actively engage in the design of health in the state of washington.\n\nCommunity choices report card: every three years, community choices gathers crucial data on community health indicators to measure progress towards a healthy, livable clark county. Comparisions are made to state and national data, when available.
