Weekly, he presents a 12 step spiritual recovery lesson from material using the bible, broken chains, recovery bible, celebrate recovery bible, the pure word, and lessons from the accompanying material and manuals. The program is offerd in the fall, winter, and spring and can accommodate 10-25 participants. Terry participated with the 4tales of the tour4 outreach now in its 8th year held in january during the phoenix open golf tournament. All-in ministries helped this organization with administration, enabling it to carry the gospel message. The event hosted over 1200 attendees to hear tales of life on the pga tour by players and to hear their personal testimony of the saving grace of jesus christ. This year terry also participated on the prayer team and event organization for the 4tales from the dugout4 program held at grand canyon university in february. This program features named players from professional baseball. Over 3200 people attended to hear the transforming message of jesus christ. Both events will again be held in 2014. Phoenix rescue mission: terry facilitates spiritual alcoholic and drug recovery twice weekly on mondays and wednesdays at the phoenix rescue mission, with 10-12 homeless clients attending each meeting in preparation to enter the 7 month program leading to re-entry to society. Terry counsels and sponsors clients one-on-one to assist in their physical and spiritual recovery. Terry and becky hamlin9s participation in a variety of programs, events, evangelistic outreaches, ministry, charitable non-profit organizations, and bible study groups allow them to connect with many people and organizations. The power of holy spirit creates opportunities to fulfill the mission of all-in ministries. St vincent de paul: terry organizes weekly recovery revival bible studies in central phoenix for the homeless. Terry presents sermons and lessons focusing on scriptural recovery for drug and alcohol addicts and the homeless. These are available to the 600-800 daily clients at the st vincent de paul dining facility. Weekly, he presents a 12 step spiritual recovery lesson from material using the bible, broken chains, recovery bible, celebrate recovery bible, the pure word, and lessons from the accompanying material and manuals. The program is offerd in the fall, winter, and spring and can accommodate 10-25 participants. Terry participated with the 4tales of the tour4 outreach now in its 8th year held in january during the phoenix open golf tournament. All-in ministries helped this organization with administration, enabling it to carry the gospel message. The event hosted over 1200 attendees to hear tales of life on the pga tour by players and to hear their personal testimony of the saving grace of jesus christ. This year terry also participated on the prayer team and event organization for the 4tales from the dugout4 program held at grand canyon university in february. This program features named players from professional baseball. Over 3200 people attended to hear the transforming message of jesus christ. Both events will again be held in 2014. Phoenix rescue mission: terry facilitates spiritual alcoholic and drug recovery twice weekly on mondays and wednesdays at the phoenix rescue mission, with 10-12 homeless clients attending each meeting in preparation to enter the 7 month program leading to re-entry to society. Terry counsels and sponsors clients one-on-one to assist in their physical and spiritual recovery. Bible studies: becky leads a women9s bible group; she also works one-on-one with young women needing spiritual guidance; terry attends several bible studies attended from 15-40 men; terry meets one-on-one with men for scriptural and spiritual encouragement and prayer. Jointly, terry and becky attend foundational christian conferences and events enriching them to serve. End of life and grief ministry: terry has shared the gospel message, prayer, and encouragement to those facing end of life diseases. He has encouraged grieving family members following the death of loved ones. Non-profit management: terry has attended the asu non-profit management institute and has received certification. Terry is also involved with christian businessmen9s committee (cbmc); participating for 5 years in monthly meetings praying for the lord to raise up 1,000 good men to lead spiritual revival and awakening across arizona; terry participates in cbmc which hosted 4poker and cigar4 evangelism outreaches and events. 15-25 attend and a testimony and the gospel is shared. Monthly ministry networking meeting: terry helped initiate and attends the ministry networking group 4first friday group.4 the group meets the first friday of each month except july, august, and september. The purpose of the group is prayer and sharing with other ministry leaders in the greater phoenix community how the lord is leading. Attendance engages 15-20 ministry and non-profit participants from across the greater phoenix faith based christian community. Revelant social media: all-in ministries continues to work with cityscape designs to develop outreach messages through relevant internet using website, blog portals, and social media tools: facebook, you-tube, twitter, and email. Harvest bible church: becky and terry participate in a weekly home fellowship oct-june and james macdonald9s elephant room program. Terry serves in the 4collaboration for a new century4. This program works to assist charitable and faith based non-profits to work cooperatively achieving more through collaboration. Community leaders participate to learn ways to improve issues common to the disadvantaged. This is terry9s fifth year and now serves on the board of directors. Arizona leaderforce is a key element to the success.
