RETIRED SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS FIFTY-FIVE AND OVER TO VOLUNTEER IN THEIR COMMUNITY. FUNDING IS PROVIDED BY A FEDERAL AND STATE GRANT THROUGH THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO AGEING & LONG-TERM SERVICES. BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB PROGRAM - THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF GALLUP IN THE FORM OF ESTABLISHING EFFECTIVE PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES THAT OPTIMIZE SERVICES, TRAINING, PERSONNEL, AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES. JUVENILE SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT SERVICES (JSATS)- JSATS PROVIDES INDIVIDUAL, FAMILY, AND GROUP COUNSELING TO YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES, DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING, ANGER MANAGEMENT, AND LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES. FUNDING IS PROVIDED THROUGH THE LOCAL LIQUOR TAX ASSESSMENTS.
