As a result, the board directors approved the liquidation of investments and to return the endowment funds that were being held for the various charitable organizations for which the foundation managed funds. The board also approved the disbursement of the foundation's remaining funds to eight charitable organizations selected by the board. As of december 31, 2012, the organization was still in the process of winding up its affairs and had not completely terminated, dissolved and ceased operations.","year":2012,"name":"COMMUNITY
