Ptm has provided research, demographic analysis, and planning aid to a small group of believers in oxford beginning in mid-2007 and continuing through early 2008. The initial group decided that they wanted to form a new church and ptm has provided practical and spiritual guidance through this start-up process. The group has selected the name fountain church for their fellowship and they have reached agreement with ptm to continue to provide pastoral leadership for them as they seek to grow in numbers and in their ability to minister to others in their community. The president of ptm is providing pastoral leadership for fountain church with duties which include preaching & teaching; leading weekly worship and holy communion services; preparing and leading mid-week bible studies; providing pastoral care for the growing church family; conducting weddings and funerals; and providing leadership and oversight for the youth ministry. These services are being provided by ptm to the fountain church in addition to the necessary administration and guidance related to the development of a functional organization structure for the new church plant. A considerable amount of administrative effort has involved the search for a suitable place for the church to meet as well as suitable office space for the church. The secretary of ptm has provided administrative support for the church while still conducting the administrative functions of ptm. She continued to conduct ptm business at ptm's birmingham base. During her time in oxford she has led a bible study for women in the church, provided leadership for the intercessory prayer ministry during the church services, and published the weekly e-mail newsletter to keep the church membership informed about upcoming church activities.","year":2010,"name":"PRESENT TIME MINISTRIES
