The foundation lost its primary contributor, the el paso independent school district (episd), in 2010 -- which forced the foundation to suspend its tax-exempt activities. The foundation's fixed assets reverted back to the episd in 2010, and the foundation sold its remaining assets in 2010 to eliminate its overhead expenses. The board continues to monitor the state of the el paso area's economy and the needs of the el paso area's youth to determine whether the foundation can restart its primary exempt purposes. In the interim, the foundation continues to meet its legal obligations under state and federal law.","year":2011,"name":"EL PASO TENNIS
