revocation. all of the affected filings had already been submitted to the irs. upon receiving our reinstatement determination i reached out to ask what to do next. i was advised by mr gibson (id 1000143690) that our filings for 2018, 2019, 2020 showed as having been received in the system and asked me to file 2021 electronically even though we had submitted it by mail. he also advised to include the reason it is being filed and how our organization has taken measures to avoid revocation moving forward. our board of directors voted and approved that all filings would no longer be done
