come from: texas 49%, states bordering texas (la, ar, ok, nm) 18%. remaining (44) states 27%. we also provide lodging for people from 68 foreign countries, comprising 6% of our stays. in 2019, our 46 apartments were occupied for a total of 12,663 days. this works out to a .75 usage rate for each apartment. the figure was low for us and can be attributed to the large number of apartments that were out-of-service during our rehab project. when completed in june 2020, our apartments will have walk-in showers, new counter tops, new flooring and new painting. still to do: update televisions and
