Raised local awareness of our organization in fairfield county, resulting in donations of baseball, football and soccer equipment and uniforms for hundreds of native american children. Produced hocikala, a monthly newspaper section in the south dakota newspaper, the lakota country times, which reaches 4200 families. The section includes lakota children's stories, drawings, language puzzles and challenges.
