The focus of our outreach program is to provide musical entertainment reminiscent of their early years to seniors who suffer from alzheimer's and other debilitating illnesses, and who are medically, physically and/or financially unable to attend musical performances outside the facility. To date our outreach program has served in excess of 4,200 seniors in broward county. Our outreach program fulfills a vital need for this immobile audience and we continually strive to provide programs that stimulate their memory, encourage emotional expression and communication as well as inspire inter-active group socialization that will enhance their quality of life. To further promote interaction, we initiate a quiz midway through our program whereby questions related to the theme of our show are asked and prizes are given for correct responses. We have found this to be quite effective increasing interest, attention, participation and communication. K pritchard productions also continues its goal to secure long-term stability by raising funds that ensures the financial health of the organization. Kp production is committed to continue to provide an extraordinary level of original musicals and explore the talent of local play writers and performers.
