At these meetings, clients are provided educational information about issues such as diabetes, cardio vascular disease, copd, cancer, arthritis and alzheimer's. The goal of the meetings and fairs are to enable these clients to change their lifestyle and improve their quality of life. We also provided indigent individuals with free dental service. Transportation is also provided to those individuals who cannot provide their own transportation. There were 29 instances where transportation to doctors appointments outside the county were provided.
