Ewa works with other athletic associations to promote the idea of hard work, focused improvement, and a positive attitude by putting the team front of the individual. In spring 2008, we had over 250 participants in baseball. All coaches are volunteers. They make better citizens through proper supervision of regulation baseball in addition to promoting mental and physical development. Ewa also has formed competitive teams that play advance schedules outside of the recreational schedules. We have an average of 6 advanced teams.\n\nEwa's basketball program has currently over 300 participants. Home games are played at kenrose elementary, trinity elementary, and page middle school. All coaches are volunteers. Ewa hosts coaches clinic for our volunteers to aid in becoming better coaches. This basketball program encourages all players and coaches to promote hard work, focused attitude, and healthy participation in sports.\n\nEwa provides both spring and fall softball to girls. We are affiliated with the united states specialty sports association for slow pitch softball and dixie softball, inc. For fast pitch softball.
