This charitable trust was established for charitable purposes by its grantor, now deceased and operated exclusively for charitable purposes by successor trustees from the community, not family members of the grantor. Larger contributions from this donor has caused the organization to drop below the 33 1/3% threshold, however, due to the different nature of the donor, should not have the same significance as donations from a single individual.The organization is governed by a seven member board of directors which oversees its activities. These directors come from a cross-section of the community, including an attorney, banker, small business owner, investment advisor, medical professional along with several retired individuals.
