The confidence and support of our participants increased immensely enabling ninety percent of our HOAP moms to currently be residing in their own permanent housing. This funding also made it possible to bridge new partnerships with GRCC Workforce Training Express Pros and Infinite Transformations Counseling and Consulting Group to enhance job training and placement opportunities and increase comprehensive services around mental health and career coaching. Overall our participants have expressed feeling more confident and empowered to be prosperous. Participants who successfully completed the Parentpreneauer program received monetary support toward rental assistance with first month's rent or deposit moving expenses support with past due utilities and childcare subsidy. Our goal to build self-sufficient resilient knowledgeable young mothers to impact change influence and impress morals supported by adopting core values to feel inspired energized and equipped to put what they've learned into practice were successfully achieved with the help of our partnerships and advocates who served as personal support guidance and accountability to our participants.\n\n| Explanation:| To support consulting expenses training ,and development of the following: A 1-3-year pragmatic and practical strategic plan to produce sustainability. This initiative prepares mothers for the pathway to permanent housing, while equipping them with the skills and ongoing support to achieve stable living, economic independence, and enhanced physical, social, and emotional well-being.Thanks to the support from funding partners, we were able to significantly expand and deepen our impact: Key Outcomes: 56.67% of participants earned a GED or job-relevant certification in high-demand fields, Achievement 2 56.67% of participants experienced wage growth through promotions, higher-paying roles, or leveraging credentials for better opportunities. 66.67% of participants secured employment or advanced in their careers post-program, highlighting the effectiveness of our job-readiness and certification support. 56.67% of participants enrolled in continued education, including GED programs, college courses, and other post-secondary pathwaysmore than double the mid-year rate of 29%. 22 mothers secured stable, long-term housing that offers security, autonomy, and a sense of community and independence. Direct Services Provided: Achievement 3 83 Empowering Educational Workshops for youth and adolescents including young mothers.
