To preserve the integrity of the bayfront area and incorporate additional green space in our development projects. 3. To incorporate green technology in our projects whenever possible. One of our key goals is to minimize the environmental impact on our pristine harbor and bayfront. 4. To update the city charter to better reflect the needs of the citizens of clearwater. 5. To create a community-based donation network through city-wide organization and internet technology that will enable maximum participation in the process. 6. To support the local economy by utilizing existing resources in all of our development projects including local development companies, and community businesses as well as our local labor pool. 7. We are keenly focused on addressing the needs of the citizens of clearwater.
