It supported family unity built resilience and created pathways toward nature-based career exploration.\n\nBear archers (launching june 2025) this program will empower young men ages 7-17 by teaching them essential outdoor survival skills leadership and disaster preparedness through hands-on activities such as camping shelter-building fire-starting and nature safety. Participants will gain confidence teamwork and problem-solving skills preparing them for future success in life and career pathways.\n\nBear captains (launching june 2025) the bear captains program is designed for young men ages 18-24 to serve as mentors for the bear archers while further developing their leadership abilities.
