Runway to green was newly selected in 2011. As of december 31, 2011, the 501(c)(3) application filed by runway to green is pending under the irs' review. Therefore, tcc has not distributed the proceeds from the 2011 green auction to runway to green. The artists for haiti charity auction and the new day artists for japan charity auction were auctions of art occurring in 2011 in which the board of directors designated the proceeds to be donated to
