The project will consist of two, three week Artsafe art residency projects. Wendy Mcvicker' and Patty Mitchell bring to the project a combined 40 years of arts programming and residency work with differing populations. The goal is to combine words and images that reflect the brave histories and stories of these Veterans and demonstrate the power of the lives they live.
