This program, through H.U.D., provides monetary assistance to qualifying families to allow them to afford housing at a cost within their means. (reported as rental income & expense ) This program was sold to the Vermont State Housing Authority on 11/1/11.\n\nHeritage Festival - through its annual heritage festival the organization provides educational and cultural activities for the community to foster understanding of the tribal customs and provide links with the rest of the surrounding communities.
