Increased partnerships/collaborations - We partner with local organizations to hold community events as well as with Northeast Indiana Public Radio (WBOI) to produce the Meet the Music broadcast. In 2019, C2G Music Hall hosted 34 community events. Please see Schedule O for further information.\n\nAfter operating under the umbrella of another 501(c)(3) organization for 10 years, C2G Music Hall organized and received 501(c)(3) status as a fine arts and cultural center in 2011. C2G Music Hall fills a need for mid-size accessible, family friendly concert and meeting space in downtown Fort Wayne. The music hall can seat 250 to 450 attendees and is established a national reputation as a high-quality performance center strategically located between the major markets of Chicago, Indianapolis, Detroit, Cleveland, and Cincinnati. Current Programs and Activities: Youth Music Programs: Youth learn to hone their musical skills, develop stage presence, and build character through group classes taught by local professionals volunteering their time and expertise. Music Technology Education: Youth learn to operate sound, staging, lighting, and projection equipment under the guidance of local professionals through formal training sessions and practical experience during live performances. Open Mic Night: Three-hour concert the first Monday of each month providing local musicians and musical groups opportunities to perform. Youth in our education programs are especially encouraged to participate. Concerts and Shows: A variety of affordable concerts and shows appropriate for all ages in the Fort Wayne community. Blues, Jazz, Rock, Americana, and other musical genres come to our stage each year. Notable acts which have performed at our music hall include: Local/Regional Performers Heartland Sings, Alicia Pyle, Addison Agen, Mike Conley, Sunny Taylor, and Derek Reeves National/International performers: Richie Havens, Blue Oyster Cult, Johnny Winter, Leon Russell, Don Felder of the Eagles, Davy Knowles, Ambrosia, IU's Straight No Chaser, Commander Cody, Jars of Clay, Ana Popovic, Anthony Gomes, Jake Shimabukuro, The Mersey Beatles, and many more. Community Partnerships: c2g Ministries: Since our founding, we have comfortably shared our space and overhead expenses with come2go ministries. However, each organization operates independently with its own mission, operating budget, and board of directors. The Landing: We provide free meeting space on Wednesday evenings for this Associated Churches program serving at-risk teens struggling with social and emotional issues. Community Events and Meetings: Numerous community groups use our space for meetings and events such as the Mayors Ball, School of Rock Concerts, The Passages Prom for individuals with developmental After six elimination rounds, the winner will be crowned Bandemonium Band of the Year. Please see Schedule O for further information.\n\nAfter operating under the umbrella of another 501(c)(3) organization for 10 years, C2G Music Hall organized and received 501(c)(3) status as a fine arts and cultural center in 2011. C2G Music Hall fills a need for mid-size accessible, family friendly concert and meeting space in downtown Fort Wayne. The music hall can seat 250 to 450 attendees and is established a national reputation as a high-quality performance center strategically located between the major markets of Chicago, Indianapolis, Detroit, Cleveland, and Cincinnati. Current Programs and Activities: Youth Music Programs: Youth learn to hone their musical skills, develop stage presence, and build character through group classes taught by local professionals volunteering their time and expertise. Music Technology Education: Youth learn to operate sound, staging, lighting, and projection equipment under the guidance of local professionals through formal training sessions and practical experience during live performances. Bandemonium: 2025 marks the inaugural Baker Street Centre/ALT Radio Bandemonium Battle of the Bands. Dozens of area bands will audition for the opportunity to enter the competition. Eight will be chosen for the first round of competition. Judges and audience participation will determine which bands move on to the next round. After six elimination rounds, the winner will be crowned Bandemonium Band of the Year. Open Mic Night: Two-hour concert the first Monday of each month providing local musicians and musical groups opportunities to perform. Youth in our education programs are especially encouraged to participate. Concerts and Shows: A variety of affordable concerts and shows appropriate for all ages in the Fort Wayne community. Blues, Jazz, Rock, Americana, and other musical genres come to our stage each year. Notable acts which have performed at our music hall include: Local/Regional Performers Heartland Sings, Alicia Pyle, Addison Agen, Mike Conley, Sunny Taylor, Pink Droyd, Los Electro, Debutants and Bobcat Opossum.
