Family support social work: our masters level social workers are trained to intervene in all aspects of a family's life like addiction, mental health, job training, budgeting, children's education and health and wellness.3. Personal accountability steps/incentives: as families meet agreed upon goals, they are awarded with certain critical items such as matched savings accounts and transportation funds. In addition, we conduct intensive family workshops called \"getting ahead in a just gettin' by world.\" this nationally acclaimed workshop reframes how our families see the world by examining the hidden rules of middle class values and evaluating their current resources.4. Hope teams/bridges out of poverty: as our families learn about the hidden rules of our middle class in \"getting ahead\", our volunteers participate in a mirror image program called \"bridges out of poverty\" to learn about the hidden rules of poverty class. These volunteers are then organized as small hope teams which provide assistance to a particular family in the form of friendship and advocacy.
