The balance of the program expenses consisted of a donation of all remaining assets to the hansen scholars support foundation, an entity with the same designated beneficiary as the usu presidential charitable support foundation. The assets transferred will continue to benefit utah state university, but without the adminstrative burden of operating two separate organizations.\n\nAll assets remaining in the usu presidential charitable support foundation, after the grant of 360,000, were tranferred to the hansen scholar support foundation, which is another supporting organization with utah state university designated as the primary beneficiary. Utah state university controls the governing bodies of both of these organizations, and voted to collapse the two organizations into one that would continue to support utah state university.
