Our trainers are encouraged and taught how to find, inspire, and educate others on lifes magic and their power. Trainers are also encouraged to eventually use their training and accreditation in their own for-profit businesses, such as coaching, facilitating, teaching, authoring, or professional speaking. In addition to hosting these conferences, we use unspent conference proceeds, combined with charitable donations, to purchase learning materials for our trainers underprivileged or disadvantaged trainees. For trainers to receive free materials for such trainees (as opposed to buying them for their other trainees), 1) the program they are to deliver must be verifiable with a definite start date, 2) trainees must not be able to easily afford the materials, 3) trainees may not sell the materials after the training, and 4) trainers must not be paid to deliver the program, either by trainees or 3rd party organizations.
