Outdoor shooting foundation provided title sponsorship of the nff 17th annual sporting clays invitational at dover furnace shooting grounds in dover plains, new york.\n\nWildlife conservation with wyoming wildlife, the foundation - outdoor shooting foundation supported the wyoming wildlife, the foundation annual turkey hunt that generates over $100,000 of funds from the support from outdoor shooting foundation. The funds raised through this support goes towards the conservation of wyoming wildlife.\n\nOther program services\n\nIn conjunction with the primary mission of outdoor shooting foundation, the foundation partnered with the state of kentucky to provide the outdoor roadmap online hunter education course to over 300 youth, free of charge. This was in preparation for the national archery in the school program (nasp) national tournament hosted by the state of kentucky in louisville. MOORE IS THE OWNER AND PRESIDENT OF OUTDOOR ROADMAP, LLC, WHICH CONTINUES TO OPERATE A WEBSITE AT WWW.OUTDOORROADMAP.COM AND PROVIDES HUNTER SAFETY TRAINING THROUGH THAT SITE. ALTHOUGH OUTDOOR ROADMAP LLC IS WINDING DOWN THE HUNTER COURSES TRANSFERRED FROM THE FOUNDATION, OUTDOOR ROADMAP, LLC'S WEBSITE, BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND SERVICES ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES PREVIOUSLY PROVIDED BY FOUNDATION."},{"explanation":"PART I, LINE 3: IN AUGUST, 2012, THE FOUNDATION VOTED TO FORMALLY DISSOLVE AND WIND-DOWN ITS BUSINESS AND AFFAIRS. AS NOTED IN PART III OF FORM 990, ENTITLED \"STATEMENT OF PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS,\" THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED, AMONG OTHER THINGS, \"ONLINE\" STATE HUNTER EDUCATION AND SAFETY COURSES (THE \"HUNTER COURSES\") TO THIRD-PARTY REGISTERED USERS. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED THE HUNTER COURSES ELECTRONICALLY OVER THE INTERNET THROUGH A WEBSITE HOSTED BY THE FOUNDATION. THE FOUNDATION RECOGNIZED THAT IT WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HONOR THE HUNTER COURSES UPON ITS DISSOLUTION. MOREOVER, THE FOUNDATION LACKED SUFFICIENT FUNDING TO REIMBURSE THE REGISTERED USERS FOR THE FEES PAID FOR THE HUNTER EDUCATION COURSES. AT THE TIME OF ITS DECISION TO FORMALLY DISSOLVE, THE FOUNDATION ESTIMATED THE OUTSTANDING VOUCHERS (OR FEES PAID) FOR THE HUNTER COURSES AT $40,000. THE FOUNDATION ALSO ESTIMATED THE COST OF MAINTAINING THE WEBSITE BY WHICH THE HUNTER COURSES WOULD BE ADMINISTERED TO BE APPROXIMATELY $27,624.DESIROUS OF HONORING THE HUNTER COURSES, AND EFFICIENTLY WINDING-DOWN ITS BUSINESS AND AFFAIRS, THE FOUNDATION ENTERED INTO TWO (2) SEPARATE AGREEMENTS WITH JAMES MOORE, THE PRESIDENT OF THE FOUNDATION, WHEREBY MR. MOORE AGREED TO: (I) CONTINUE TO SERVE AS THE PRESIDENT OF THE FOUNDATION FOR PURPOSES OF WINDING-DOWN THE FOUNDATION'S BUSINESS AND AFFAIRS (THE \"SEPARATION AGREEMENT\") AND (II) PURCHASE CERTAIN ASSETS OF THE FOUNDATION TO ADMINISTER AND HONOR THE HUNTER COURSES (THE \"ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT\"). AS PART OF THE TRANSACTION, MR. MOORE ASSUMED THE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR ADMINISTERING THE HUNTER COURSES. MR. MOORE AS PART OF THE TRANSACTION INCLUDED: (I) CERTAIN PERSONAL COMPUTERS AND PHYSICAL EQUIPMENT OWNED BY THE ORGANIZATION, (II) CERTAIN MATERIALS RELATED TO THE HUNTER EDUCATION COURSES (TRAINING AND EDUCATION MATERIALS), (III) CERTAIN TRADE AND/OR REGISTERED NAMES OWNED BY THE ORGANIZATION (SPECIFICALLY THE NAMES OUTDOOR ROADMAP, LLC, OUTDOOR ROADMAP FOUNDATION AND OUTDOOR ROADMAP), AND (IV) ALL BOOKS AND RECORDS OF THE FOUNDATION. OTHER THAN THE ABOVE ASSETS, THE FOUNDATION DID NOT TRANSFER ANY ASSETS TO MR. MOORE. AS DISCUSSED ABOVE, MR. MOORE AGREED TO TAKE OVER THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTERING THE HUNTER COURSES AS PART OF THE PURCHASE TRANSACTION.PRIOR TO DISSOLVING, THE FOUNDATION TRIED TO SELL ITS ASSETS INCLUDING THE ASSETS TRANSFERRED TO MR. MOORE AS PART OF THE TRANSACTION, BUT RECEIVED LIMITED OFFERS FOR ITS ASSETS.
