Iwffs mission is to develop the capacity and leadership skills of iraqi women in fields of acute demand in iraq, so that they can take leading roles in reconstruction, stabilizing and providing for the immediate needs and long term development of iraq. The iwff fellows have returned to iraq as leaders, professionals, innovators, teachers and role models for a new generation of iraqis, contributing often to ministry and private sector interests in their respective fields.
