We raised enough money to purchase a new boxing ring for event & to expand into a larger space, which will allow us to serve many more members. The facility provides safe & healthy environment for youth and families who do not have an abundance of healthy activities available. As a non-profit, golden cobra annually provides free scholarships to families in need,permitting young people to participate in activites they might not otherwise be able to afford. Through competition, teamwork and accountability we teach values that will benefit our members throughout their lives and help them to make positive contributions to society & to make healthy choices in foods, activities & studies. For the second year we were awarded a $2500 grant from phoenix suns charities and a new scholarship grant $1738 from yccf. Another grant from vvmc foundation who teamed with sedona vvmc foundation for $3600 6 mth grant. Our fight team competed in nm, las vegas and around az. March started with grand opening of new gym and mat force parade march against meth.
