THE FOUNDATION'S PHILANTHROPY ADVISER REVIEWS AND MAKES RECOMMENDATIONS ON PROSPECTIVE GRANTEES SUGGESTED BY THE BOARD OR IDENTIFIED BY THE ADVISER. BOARD MEMBERS TYPICALLY DISCUSS AND APPROVE GRANTS THAT ARE $5,000 OR ABOVE. SMALLER GRANTS ARE AWARDED UNILATERALLY BY THE PRESIDENT. GRANTEES PROVIDE PERIODIC UPDATES FOR THE BOARD TO ASSESS IMPACT AND TO PROVIDE CONTENT FOR THE FOUNDATION TO PROMOTE THE GRANTEES' WORK ON ADRIAN PETERSON'S SOCIAL MEDIA. THE FOUNDATION MAINTAINS A CLOSE RELATIONSHIP WITH ALL OF ITS GRANT RECIPIENTS AND FOLLOWS UP TO ENSURE THAT THE FUNDS ARE USED FOR THE PROPER PURPOSES.
