liturgies and other religious services in our newly renovated chapel. the manor employs 2 pastoral care employees to support our residents, their families and/or visitors and our employees. consultations are private and at no charge. pastoral care staff provide visitation to our residents in the hospital. they visit funeral homes to provide emotional support to the loved ones of our residents who have died. mt. macrina has a nurse aide training program approved by the pa department of education that graduates a minimum of 40 candidates per year. during their training, all students receive the current minimum wage hourly rate for a total of 120 hours. all training materials including books, workbooks, paper, writing utensils, caregiving supplies and training equipment, lifelike mannequins, etc. are purchased and provided at no additional cost by mt. macrina manor. salaries for all trainers to interview potential students, prepare for and close out each class, classroom instruction and clinical mentoring is paid by mt. macrina. once classes are complete, mt. macrina also pays for the state examination process for each student who passes the certification employees 1.5 pastoral care employees to support our residents, their families and/or visitors and our employees. consultations are private and at no charge. pastoral care staff provide visitation to our residents in the hospital. they visit funeral homes to provide emotional support to the loved ones of our residents who have died. mt. macrina has a nurse aide training program approved by the pa department of education that graduates a minimum of 40 candidates per year. during their training, all students receive the current minimum wage hourly rate for a total of 120 hours. all training materials including books, workbooks, paper, writing utensils, caregiving supplies and training equipment, lifelike mannequins, etc. are purchased and provided at no additional cost by mt. macrina manor. salaries for all trainers to interview potential students, prepare for and close out each class, classroom instruction and clinical mentoring is paid by mt. macrina. once classes are complete, other religious services in our newly renovated chapel. the manor employs 2 pastoral care employees to support our residents, their families and/or visitors and our employees. consultations are private and at no charge. pastoral care staff provide visitation to our residents in the hospital. they visit funeral homes to provide emotional support to the loved ones of our residents who have died. mt. macrina has a nurse aide training program approved by the pa department of education that graduates a minimum of 40 candidates per year. during their training, all students receive the current minimum wage hourly rate for a total of 120 hours. all training materials including books, workbooks, paper, writing utensils, caregiving supplies and training equipment, lifelike mannequins, etc. are purchased and provided at no additional cost by mt. macrina manor. salaries for all trainers to interview potential students, prepare for and close out each class, classroom instruction and clinical mentoring is paid by mt. macrina. once classes are complete, mt. macrina also pays for the state examination process for each student who passes the certification
