We believe that all children deserve the opportunity to discover what they can achieve. We help young people cultivate the values and skills that lead to positive behaviors, better health, and educational achievement. Our y programs provide experiences that enrich cognitive, social, physical, and emotional growth. Support includes financial assistance that make participation possible for nearly 40% of the young people we engage through about 500 enrollment spots offered year round. We also record yearly enrollment of about 800 through our youth sporting leagues. For additional details, see schedule o.youth developmentthe ymca of easton, phillipsburg & vicinity offers a wide variety of programs that help promote the healthy development of children of all ages. We take a holistic approach to wellness and address a multitude of developmental needs for children served. One area of programming is child care. In 2010, our ymca served over 700 children from the community through our range of year round, childcare services that were administered over four sites. Infants as young as six weeks old are cared for at our keystone stars accredited early childhood development center site located in forks township, pa. About 150 children ages 6 weeks to 6 years are served by this center, including 22 children attending our state licensed kindergarten program. In 2010, we also operated a second keystone stars accredited site, early childhood development center north, which had expanded our capacity to serve children and families in our community. Seventy-six (76) three and four year olds identified as at risk of school failure due to income, learning disability or the challenges associated with being an english language learner attend our pre-k counts site located on eastons south side. At pre-k counts, students experience the type of high quality pre kindergarten education that will adequately prepare them for kindergarten. This education is offered at no cost to families who meet the income guidelines. The quality of our early childhood and pre kindergarten programming can be documented by the performance of students completing our programs and moving onto other school environments. As an example, children graduating from family ymca preschool and pre kindergarten programs have been reported as scoring in the top 10% of children entering kindergarten at a local school district. Once a child has entered the public school system, he/she may continue to reap the benefits of our ymca childcare programming. Approximately 150 school-aged children are served each year through our school age child care program, which provides before and after school care during the school year. We also provide holiday and inclement weather care, when schools are closed. The program offers a variety of benefits to children and parents served. It helps to keep kids off the streets or home alone after school when children typically exhibit high risk behaviors. It provides resources to working parents whose schedules do not parallel the school day hours. It provides homework help to children as well as access to enrichment programming that help young people explore multiple intelligences and develop personal and academic talents. Additionally, our school age program provides children with an opportunity to be physically active, enjoy healthy snacks, learn about healthy food and healthy/safe lifestyle choices. During the summer months, children can enjoy the benefits of ymca child care programming and enroll in our day camp. Each summer, our day camp maintains an enrollment of 150 weekly. Day camp implements programming that supplements the school year program and expands with a variety of activities that bring purposeful play and meaningful experiences to children. Our ymca also offers specialty camps that help participants delve deeper into areas of interest, develop talent and skills, and foster interest in life-long learning. Our ymca is committed to serving children and all members of the community regardless of their ability to pay. About 40% of children served through ymca child care services benefit from financial assistance or state subsidy. Teenagers and young adults also benefit from programming offered at our ymca. A variety of programs are available to children ages 13 though 18 designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our communitys youth as well as offer valuable and important life skills that will help them transition into adulthood. An example of a program for teens is leaders in training (lit), designed for youth ages 13 and 14. Each summer, about 15 teens participate in the leaders in training program which operates hand-in-hand with our day camp program. Lit participants serve as mentors to day camp children and hold specific responsibilities in connection with day camp programming. Lit participants earn their certificate in babysitting which helps them develop key skills in child care and skill for future parenting. Many lit participants are interested in pursuing careers in teaching or child care. The lit program provides an opportunity that will help them decide on a career path. Lit participants learn about taking responsibility for their actions and making purposeful positive healthy and safe choices. The healthy development of teens and young adults is further promoted through our teen center, which serves children in grades 5 through 12. The teen center is open weekdays during the after school hours and provides a constructive option for children who would otherwise be unsupervised and subject to potential negative influences after school. The teen center offers many benefits to our communitys teens. The center helps to keep them off the streets or home alone, and prevent risky behaviors which are shown to increase in probability during the late afternoon/early evening hours. The center encourages constructive choices and experiences and provides an opportunity for teens to engage in physical activity at our ymca and socialize with peers. Teen center staff mentors help teens with homework and serve as mentors and positive role models. We have computers for teens to use in conjunction with school work and projects. About twenty teens visit the teen center each day after school. Each month, local teens can enjoy a complimentary movie night at our ymcas teen center as part of their weekly leisure activities. Our ymca offers health and wellness programming for young people. For example, we coordinate sporting leagues that promote friendly competition and implement a philosophy of inclusion and exposure to divirity. These leagues help children ages 4 through 10 develop teamwork skills, sportsmanship, and develop fine and gross motor skills. Basketball, flag football and soccer leagues are held throughout the year, with enrollment for boys and girls totaling more than 800 annually. Our y also offers other specialized sports such as gymnastics, fencing, and karate.\n\nHealthy livingthe y is a leading voice on health and well-being. In addition to the nearly 7,000 individual members served by our y, thousands of people in our community are receiving the support, guidance, and resources they need to achieve greater health in spirit, mind, and body. This is particularly important as our nation struggles with an obesity crisis, and the associated increases in diseases, families struggle with work/life balance, and individuals search for fulfillment. Our programs are accessible, affordable, and open to all faiths, backgrounds, abilities, and income levels. In 2010, we provided $145,309 in financial assistance to people who otherwise would have faced economic barriers to participation. For additional details, see sch. O. Healthy livingthe ymca of easton, phillipsburg and vicinity serves over seven thousand five hundred (7,500) individual members of all ages in addition to countless people in the community through outreach efforts designed to promote health and wellness for all. Our y provides financial assistance to approximately 10% of our membership enrollment, which makes solutions to health related issues offered by our ymca accessible to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. The health and wellness of our community is promoted through a wide variety of programs and services, including aquatics, youth sports, family centered activities, individualized exercise plans for adults and wellness resources specially designed for senior citizens. Parent-child classes are available and accommodate parents with infants as young as six months old. Our ymca holds education in high regard and regularly disseminates up-to-date information on a variety of health related topics which include nutrition, exercise, child development, general health, and disease prevention. This is accomplished through several in-house media vehicles, many of which are updated daily, comprehensive member services, and public events. We offer individual nutrition counseling, complimentary blood pressure screenings, and complimentary body composition testing for members. We also offer periodic educational seminars and workshops designed to address the specific needs of seniors, families, children and adults in our community.our ymca is an activate america ymca. A major objective of our efforts as an activate america ymca is to help people of all ages and abilities become more active and implement healthier lifestyle choices. According to statistics reported by ymca of the USA, sixty five percent (65%) of ymca members are health seekers. Health seekers are individuals who require assistance in adjusting to a more active lifestyle. We offer a wide variety of wellness programming such as aerobics, cycling and yoga, to name a few, in an effort to provide multiple options to the health seeker. We also offer a running club and sporting leagues for adults who enjoy organized, team sports, as well as a walking club for the health seeker who is just starting out. We have several certified personal trainers on-staff who work one-on-one with clients to help them develop a personalized fitness plan. Our ymca offers programs that can make a real and positive impact on the at-risk child. Fit n fun is one example and serves as a valuable resource for children ages 8 through 12 who are at-risk of developing the health related issues associated with obesity. Fit n fun is an 8 week program that is administered over three sites to provide a maximum benefit to children served. One program is administered at our 1225 west lafayette street facility and is offered for a nominal fee. Two are school-based programs, administered free of charge to participants attending paxinosa and cheston elementary schools in easton. The program combines exercise, nutrition education, counseling and family events to yield documented results for participants. Grant funding helps to finance fit n fun and secures financial assistance dollars for low income children, removing the barrier of income to this potentially life changing program. The ymca of easton, phillipsburg and vicinity serves the active older adult and offers comprehensive program options that benefit nearly 1000 seniors each year. Examples are silver sneakers, yoga, arthritis aquatic programs, aqua aerobics, low impact aerobics and pilates. In addition to programs aimed at improving the physical health of seniors, we offer programs designed to improve the mental, social and psychological health of the older adult. This is accomplished through social gatherings, art classes, and seasonal events that help to prevent isolation and depression, all while increasing physical activity in seniors. The ymca is the oldest provider of swim instruction in the USA. Our aquatics division offers extensive programming designed to help the young and old learn to swim. Each month we offer approximately 48 different group swim instruction options in addition to an average of 125 private lessons. We collaborate with the local intermediate unit and offer adaptive aquatics programming for students with special needs. We offer competitive swimming for children ages 5 through 18 as well as a masters swim team for adults. Senior citizens and health seekers in particular enjoy the use of our pool as they engage in low impact exercise while swimming. Many also take advantage of our sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. In 2010, under the guidance of our aquatics division, 1,578 classes were offered in all aquatics disciplines. The total for enrollment numbers was 6,596 and includes sign-ups for group swim lessons, private and semi-private swim lessons, swim teams, flick and float family nights, scout swims, aquatics safety courses, aqua-aerobics and water arthritis classes. Under the guidance of our wellness department, enrollment for cycling and other specialty classes totaled 2,024. Fencing enrollment totaled 1,062. Total attendance for classes administered in our physical activity studio totaled 18,899. Our ymca is committed to safety and training specifically as it relates to water safety and first aid. We offer nearly 50 courses in safety and lifeguard training each year to ensure that our staff and community members are adequately prepared to address a host of eventualities. Courses offered include: community CPR, community first aid, babysitting, professional CPR, AED essentials, oxygen administration, community water safety, learn to swim, blood borne pathogens, child abuse prevention, and lifeguard training. Our ymca offers regular family events and programming designed to promote family bonding as well as physical, spiritual, and mental wellness. Flick n float is one example that gives families an opportunity to swim together and enjoy viewing a family friendly movie. Other examples include a wide range of family centered exercise programs that promote physical activity and family bonding, such as parent-child swim class. All in all, our ymca regularly serves over 1,000 families who have ymca memberships in addition to non-member family constituents. Family camping is a wholesome recreational choice that many families enjoy in warmer weather. The family ymca partners with ymca camp kresge in wilkes-barre, which offers family camping programs and special events. These types of family-centered camp programs are available to families in our area who desire to enjoy the outdoors together and foster an appreciation for nature.\n\nSocial responsibilityour y believes in giving back and supporting our neighbors. We have been listening and responding to our communitys most critical social needs for more than 110 years. Our healthy kids day program is an example of how we deliver training, resources, and support that empower our neighbors to overcome obstacles. In 2010, over five hundred (500) people from the at-risk west ward neighborhood benefited. We served regular meals and provided direct access to social services free of charge as a result of the weed and seed/y partnership. Thousands of y members, participants, and volunteers worked together through activities that strengthen our community and pave the way for future generations to thrive. For additional details, see sch. O.social responsibilityfew families in our nation function optimally. However, many struggle to function well enough to meet the basic needs of family members. Low income families and families led by single parents are particularly vulnerable and as a result benefit greatly from resources in the community designed to strengthen the family, and help families promote and sustain the healthy development of children. As part of our ymcas focus on social responsibility, we help at-risk families acquire the skills and resources they need to be well and function highly. Family strengthening can be defined as the deliberate process of giving parents the necessary opportunities, relationships, networks, and supports to raise their children successfully (source: the annie e. Casey foundation). At the ymca of easton, phillipsburg and vicinity, we believe it is a social responsibility to build strong kids, strong families, and strong communities. This commitment is supported through family strengthening outreach efforts implemented autonomously and through a comprehensive network of community partnerships. At the core of intact families is the marital unit and with many couples juggling responsibilities at work and in the home, they are challenged to find time for one another to strengthen the marital bond. Our ymca offers parents night out once monthly, nine months per year, and encourages couples to spend time together, refuel and nurture the marriage, all while knowing that children are well cared for by qualified ymca staff mentors. Many single parents take advantage of parents night out as well. This helps single mothers and fathers enjoy respite and adult time, de-stress and recharge for the daunting task of raising children alone. Family connection is a non-profit, community partner who sponsors a parenting program called parents who care (pwc) that helps to strengthen the family. Parents who care is designed to assist low income families in becoming better parents and prevent the onset of child abuse. Our ymca supports the parents who care program by offering space for parenting classes and offering care and positive acitivities for children while their parents learning essential parenting skills. Additionally, we provide swim instruction for pwc children, many of whom represent a demographic identified as high risk for drowning. Our ymca partners with weed and seed in promoting a strong community within the west ward, a weed and seed zone in easton, pa, identified as a high crime and violence area. Weed and seed is an initiative adopted by the governor rendell administration and pennsylvania commission on crime and delinquency to assist pennsylvania communities in fighting back against drugs, crime, and poverty to restore neighborhood quality of life (source: weed and seed website). The initiative takes a two prong approach in improving the quality of life for families living in the targeted neighborhoods. One involves the weeding out of violence in high-crime areas. The other involves seeding, or establishing positive influences in the neighborhoods and offering revitalization services, which in turn, help strengthen the family among other positive outcomes. The ymca of easton, phillipsburg and vicinity partners with weed and seed as the lead non-profit facilitator of the summer nights program which provides wholesome, family-centered activities that help to strengthen targeted, at-risk neighborhoods. Summer nights is offered four days a week during a ten week period over the summer months and uses local parks and community centers as venues for programming. With each event, a community partner sponsors a healthy meal and an activity designed to promote development in children as well as family bonding. Each summer night event typically serves about 200 individuals, many of whom enjoy their only healthy meal of the day at the event. Food and programming is offered free community service. The ymcas outreach and social commitment is further realized by the management of the two city of easton, pa community. At eddyside park pool and heil pool, our y serves a combined 300 memberships and 13,000 day passes each summer. Seasonal membership and day pass cost to these pools is low and a significant percentage of individuals and families served meet low to moderate income criteria. Heil pool, in particular, is located on the south side of town, which is marked by lower income demographics. The community-based pool traditionally serves as an excellent place for families and children to enjoy leisure time for picnicking, swimming (healthy activity) and celebrating holidays. These pools make swimming instruction available and convenient for children and their families, which in turn helps to prevent drowning deaths by children. Many children in our community live within walking distance to waterways, making the risk of drowning particularly significant. Several community events and celebrations are held at our community pools each season which provide numerous families with a wholesome, good time and opportunity to be together. Our ymca is committed to social responsibility and brings free events to residents at community based sites as well as at our main campus. Our y holds outreach events that promote health, wellness, and the development of children. A major event held at our ymca each year is healthy kids day. Healthy kids day generally welcomes over 400 people from the community and serves as a major venue for sharing information about childrens health, wellness, and safety at the same time connecting families with other wellness resources locally available. Other annual events offered by our y that help to strengthen the family include y arts week and the firecracker 4 miler. Y arts week was held october 4-10 and brought a week of complimentary arts related programming to the community. Hundreds of visitors came to our ymca in association with this initiative. The firecracker 4 miler raised nearly $5,000 in support of our giving-makes-a-difference campaign, and welcomed nearly 300 runners and walkers along with a many other supporting volunteer and sponsors from the community. Our y has recently established an outreach committee, mainly comprised of volunteers. This committee strategically looks at the most critical needs of residents within the community and responds with solutions such as food and clothing banks as well as gift collections for children during the holiday season. This committee will complement our military outreach and all of our other such efforts.\n\nNoneother program services-day camp","year":2010,"name":"YMCA OF EASTON PHILLIPSBURG & VICINITY","phone":"6102586158","website":"FAMILYYMCA.ORG","type":"990","principal_officer":"NICHOLAS ACIAMBRONE","year_formation":1898,"state_legal_domicile":"PA","total_volunteers":335,"tax_period_begin":"2010-01-01T00:00:00","tax_period_end":"2010-12-31T00:00:00","address":"1225 WEST LAFAYETTE STREET, EASTON, PA, 18042, USA","city":"EASTON","state":"PA","country":"USA","zip_code":"18042"},"Governance":{"501c3 determination":true,"Number of voting members":20,"Number of independent voting members":20,"Number of employees total":341,"Total Gross UBI":0,"Net unrelated business taxable income":0,"Number of employees":341,"Prohibited tax shelter transactions":false,"Taxable party notification":false,"Family or business relationship":false,"Delegation of management duties":false,"Conflict of interest policy":true,"Whistle blower policy":true,"Compensation process for CEO":true,"Compensation process for other employees":true,"Changes to organizing documents":false,"Material diversion or misuse":false,"Members or stockholders":false,"Election of board members":false,"Decisions subject to approval":false,"Minutes of governing body":true,"Local chapters":false,"Form 990 provided to governing body":true,"Document retention policy":true,"Investment in joint venture":false,"Independent audit financial statements":true,"Consolidated audit financial statements":false,"Accountant compile or review":false,"Financial statements audited by independent accountant":true,"Audit committee":true,"Federal grant audit required":false,"Political activities":false,"Donor advised funds":false,"Conservation easements":false,"Collections of art":false,"School":false,"Hospital":false,"Foreign activities":false,"Foreign office":false,"Gaming":false,"Fundraising activities":true,"Professional fundraising":false,"Loan to officer or DQP":false,"Grant to related person":false,"Business relationship through family member":false,"Business relationship with organization":false,"Transfers to exempt non-charitable organization":false},"Revenues":{"value":4673014,"Contributions":{"value":744625,"Other contributions":148844,"Grant revenue":595781},"Program revenue":{"value":3775813,"Total revenue":3775813,"Unrelated business revenue":0},"Investment income":{"value":115328,"Investment income total":24451,"Net investment gain":90877},"Other revenues":{"value":37248,"Other total":30838,"Net income from fundraising events":6410}},"Expenses":{"value":5030102,"Grant expense":{"value":0},"Total professional fundraising expense":{"value":0},"Benefits paid to members":{"value":0},"Salaries":{"value":3158985,"Current officers":197704,"Other salaries and wages":2269106,"Other employee benefits":416931,"Payroll taxes":275244},"Other expenses":{"value":1871117,"Advertising":49408,"Occupancy":441302,"Travel":20842,"Conferences and meetings":18882,"Interest":86571,"Depreciation and depletion":309947,"Insurance":50697,"Itemized Expenses":{"value":868470,"VARIOUS":868470},"All other expenses":24998}},"Assets":{"value":6287061,"Non-interest bearing cash":-7,"Savings and temp cash investments":264606,"Pledges and grants receivable":4245,"Accounts receivable":34666,"Prepaid expenses deferred charges":21089,"Land, building, equipment":4960237,"Investments other":1002225},"Liabilities":{"value":1138202,"Accounts payable, accrued":229403,"Deferred, revenue":90838,"Secured mortgages and notes payable":817961},"Fund balance":{"value":5148859},"Form990Details":{"program_service_accomplishments":[{"description":"YOUTH DEVELOPMENTOUR Y IS COMMITTED TO NURTURING THE POTENTIAL OF EVERY CHILD. In 2011, our ymca served hundreds of children from the community through our range of year round, childcare services that were administered over three sites. Approximately 156 children, ages 6 weeks to 6 years, were cared for at our keystone stars accredited early childhood development center site located in forks township, pa. Seventy-six (76) three and four year olds identified as at risk of school failure due to income, learning disability or the challenges associated with being an english language learner attend our pre-k counts site located on eastons south side. Students experience the type of high quality pre kindergarten education that will adequately prepare them for kindergarten. This education is offered at no cost to families who meet the income guidelines. Children graduating from family ymca preschool and pre kindergarten programs have been reported as scoring in the top 10% of children entering kindergarten at a local school district. Approximately 126 school-aged children are served each year through our school age child care program, which provides before and after school care during the school year. About 35% of children served through ymca child care services benefit from financial assistance or state subsidy. Each summer, our day camp maintains an enrollment of 115 weekly. Day camp implements programming that springboard off the school age program and expands to include a variety of activities that bring purposeful play and meaningful experiences to children. Our ymca also offers specialty camps that help participants delve deeper into areas of interest, develop talent, and foster interest in learning. Teen programing includes leaders in training (lit), designed for youth ages 13 and 14. Each summer, about 12 teens participate in the leaders in training program which operates hand-in-hand with our day camp program. Other programing includes the teen center, which serves kids in grades 5 through 12. About twenty teens visit the teen center each day after school.\n\nHealthy livingthe ymca of easton, phillipsburg and vicinity serves nearly 6,800 individual members of all ages in addition to countless people in the community through outreach efforts designed to promote health and wellness for all. We believe it is a social responsibility to build strong kids, strong families, and strong communities. Our ymca offers parents night out once monthly, nine months per year, and encourages couples to spend time together, refuel and nurture the marriage, all while knowing that children are well cared for by qualified ymca staff. Many single parents take advantage of parents night out as well. Family connection is a non-profit, community partner who sponsors a parenting program called parents who care (pwc) that helps to strengthen the family. Parents who care is designed to assist low income families in becoming better parents and prevent the onset of child abuse. The ymca of easton, phillipsburg and vicinity partners with weed and seed to facilitate the summer nights program which provides wholesome, family-centered activities that help to strengthen targeted, at-risk neighborhoods. With each event, a community partner sponsors a healthy meal and an activity designed to promote development in children as well as family bonding. Each summer night event typically serves about 100 individuals, many of whom enjoy their only healthy meal of the day at the event. Food and programming is offered free of charge. The ymcas outreach and social commitment is further realized by the management of two community pools owned by the city of easton, pa. Eddyside pool and heil pool serve a combined 300 memberships and 13,000 day passes each summer. Heil pool, in particular, is located on the south side of town, which is marked by lower income demographics. Community partner such as the rotary club of easton made this offering possible. At our ymca, we hold outreach events that promote health, wellness and the development of children. A major event held at our ymca each year is healthy kids day. Healthy kids day welcomes over 400 people from the community and serves as a major venue for sharing information about children's health and wellness, and connecting families with other wellness resources found locally. Other annual events offered by our ymca include y arts week and the firecracker 4 miler. Our ymca has an outreach committee coordinated by volunteers. This committee strategically looks at the greatest needs of residents within the community and responds with solutions such as food and clothing banks as well as gift collections for children during the holiday season.\n\nNoneother program services-day camp","year":2011,"name":"YMCA OF EASTON PHILLIPSBURG & VICINITY","phone":"6102586158","website":"WWW.FAMILYYMCA.ORG","type":"990","principal_officer":"FRANK FREY","year_formation":1898,"state_legal_domicile":"PA","total_volunteers":294,"tax_period_begin":"2011-01-01T00:00:00","tax_period_end":"2011-12-31T00:00:00","address":"1225 WEST LAFAYETTE STREET, EASTON, PA, 18042, USA","city":"EASTON","state":"PA","country":"USA","zip_code":"18042"},"Governance":{"501c3 determination":true,"Number of voting members":9,"Number of independent voting members":9,"Number of employees total":319,"Total Gross UBI":0,"Net unrelated business taxable income":0,"Number of employees":319,"Prohibited tax shelter transactions":false,"Taxable party notification":false,"Family or business relationship":false,"Delegation of management duties":false,"Conflict of interest policy":true,"Whistle blower policy":true,"Compensation process for CEO":true,"Compensation process for other employees":true,"Changes to organizing documents":false,"Material diversion or misuse":false,"Members or stockholders":false,"Election of board members":false,"Decisions subject to approval":false,"Minutes of governing body":true,"Local chapters":false,"Form 990 provided to governing body":true,"Document retention policy":true,"Investment in joint venture":false,"Independent audit financial statements":true,"Consolidated audit financial statements":false,"Accountant compile or review":false,"Financial statements audited by independent accountant":false,"Federal grant audit required":false,"Political activities":false,"Donor advised funds":false,"Conservation easements":false,"Collections of art":false,"School":false,"Hospital":false,"Foreign activities":false,"Foreign office":false,"Gaming":false,"Fundraising activities":true,"Professional fundraising":false,"Loan to officer or DQP":false,"Grant to related person":false,"Business relationship through family member":false,"Business relationship with organization":false,"Transfers to exempt non-charitable organization":false},"Revenues":{"value":4215028,"Contributions":{"value":685811,"Other contributions":136966,"Grant revenue":548845},"Program revenue":{"value":3347021,"Total revenue":3347021,"Unrelated business revenue":0},"Investment income":{"value":91737,"Investment income total":23651,"Net investment gain":68086},"Other revenues":{"value":90459,"Other total":76106,"Net income from fundraising events":14353}},"Expenses":{"value":4557205,"Grant expense":{"value":0},"Total professional fundraising expense":{"value":0},"Benefits paid to members":{"value":0},"Salaries":{"value":2809130,"Current officers":140581,"Other salaries and wages":2039516,"Other employee benefits":434975,"Payroll taxes":194058},"Other expenses":{"value":1748075,"Advertising":42594,"Occupancy":374574,"Travel":23133,"Conferences and meetings":23363,"Interest":80838,"Payments to affiliates":60047,"Depreciation and depletion":273647,"Insurance":56402,"Itemized Expenses":{"value":778861,"VARIOUS":778861},"All other expenses":34616}},"Assets":{"value":5937831,"Savings and temp cash investments":208246,"Pledges and grants receivable":300,"Accounts receivable":17009,"Prepaid expenses deferred charges":15025,"Land, building, equipment":4694902,"Investments other":1002349},"Liabilities":{"value":1112831,"Accounts payable, accrued":290954,"Deferred, revenue":28062,"Secured mortgages and notes payable":793815},"Fund balance":{"value":4825000},"Form990Details":{"program_service_accomplishments":[{"description":"YOUTH DEVELOPMENTTHE YMCA OF EASTON, PHILLIPSBURG & VICINITY OFFERS A WIDE VARIETY OF PROGRAMS THAT HELP PROMOTE THE HEALTHY DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH.
