Two family camps specially designed for adopted children and their families were conducted in two regions, attracting a total of 220 children and parents. New Hope Ukraine distributed a total of 159,687 books and publications in 2010. This figure includes six new books published by New Hope Ukraine and 274 sets of the Footsteps of Faith Sunday school curriculum program. New Hope Ukraine also launched programs for children and youth on the internet.\n\nMoldovaProgram Accomplishments: In 2010 the staff at New Hope Moldova worked with 43 churches to reach 1,095 children in church-related programs. Over 1,300 children attended New Hope summer camps. They also conducted a camp in which 550 teens and children (350 of them orphans) attended. More than 100 of them accepted Jesus as their Savior. New Hope Moldova sponsored a total of 38 Christian youth clubs where 1,400 teenagers regularly attend. Using the Focus on the Family \"No Apologies\" Course and other programs, New Hope Moldova reached 9,000 public school students in 2010. Leadership training was another focus area of New Hope Moldova in 2010, with 2,600 participating in children's ministry events and 170 pastors and church leaders attending a leadership conference presented in partnership with EQUIP, a U.S..-based leadership training ministry. As of 2010, New Hope Moldova has placed 28 at-risk teenagers who have aged out of local orphanages into family care group homes, where they are receiving life skill and career training. In addition to all of this, the Moldova team continued to send out workers to countries in the 10/40 window and began a web ministry focused on the 10/40 Window.\n\nRomaniaProgram Accomplishments: In 2010 New Hope Romania published four new books and reprinted five other titles, with a total distribution of 9,894 copies. The New Hope team in Timisoara translated, printed, and distributed quarterly Our Daily Bread devotionals to 650 subscribers. They also published these devotionals on their website and continued efforts to promote and market this ministry tool as well as their books to reach a wider audience. A leadership conference for pastors, featuring respected author Philip Yancey, was held in October 2010 in Cluj. This event drew more than 600 leaders. Also, in partnership with four local churches, New Hope Romania based in Cluj ministered to 600 kids through camp and VBS programs in 2010. An additional 300 were involved in one-day New Hope events throughout the year. New Hope Cluj also led a large outreach/discipleship program for university students, encompassing small group ministry, a camp program in Italy, and a large retreat.\n\nCzech RepublicProgram Accomplishments: New Hope Czech Republic youth clubs and outreach activities continued during most of 2010. New Hope Czech Republic's public school outreach was expanded and a new resource, Josh McDowell's Handbook on Youth Counseling, was selected for translation and publishing in the Czech language. Partnerships with several Czech ministries were explored in order to significantly enlarge New Hope's ministry in the years to come.\n\nHungaryProgram Accomplishments: In 2010 New Hope Hungary published three book titles with a focus on ministry to children, youths and family. The staff sold books at book fairs and at four regional conferences for leaders and pastors of the Hungarian Reformed Church. As part of the \"Seminary Gifts Project\" at two seminaries, all graduates were given a free copy of Jim Burn's book The Youth Builder in Hungarian as well as a 50% discount on other New Hope Hungary ministry resources. Sunday school curriculum produced by New Hope Hungary is now being used by 640 teachers. A pre-marital counselors' training was completed with eight couples graduating, bringing the total number of trained couples to 109.\n\nSlovakiaProgram Accomplishments: In 2010 thirty-two participants received training through the New Hope Slovakia MAP program. The purpose of MAP is to prepare, equip and mobilize children's, youth's and student's workers from various churches so that they are more qualified and passionate to carry out their ministries. New Hope Slovakia published the book The First Five Years of Marriage. Two training conferences were held to equip participants for family ministry. Forty-three kids were involved in a camp and 21 clubs were helped with training and resources. At least 12 kids made a first time decision to follow Christ.\n\nBulgariaProgram Accomplishments: In 2010 New Hope Bulgaria placed a significant emphasis on a program called \"Training for Trainers\" (T4T). This program equipped 24 individuals to train children's workers in their denominations and regions. Twenty-five sets of a four year T4T curriculum are now being used by 85 children's workers across Bulgaria, with follow-up mentoring taking place for the T4T trainers. Seventy-five children and youths were in camps and 14 youths made a first time commitment to follow Christ. Several parents started to attend church as a result of their child attending camp. Translation and editing of the book Purpose Driven Youth Ministry was finished with printing scheduled for 2011. In June, New Hope Bulgaria had two youth work experts from Romania run a three-day training seminar for 20 lay youth workers from churches across Bulgaria. They sold 26 sets of the BCM Sunday school curricula, and ran four summer camps with a total of 109 attendees.\n\nBulgaria Program Accomplishments: In 2012 New Hope Bulgaria placed a significant emphasis on a program called \"Train for Trainers\" (T4T). This program equipped 24 individuals to train children's workers in their denominations and regions. These 24 coaches equipped an additional 250 national volunteers and children's ministry workers from 20 local churches from the Baptist, Pentecostal, Methodist, and Congregational denominations.Thirty-five sets of a four year T4T curriculum are now being used by 140 children's workers across Bulgaria, with follow-up mentoring taking place for the T4T trainers. Fifty sets of the BCM Sunday school curricula have been distributed so far. In the beginning of 2012, New Hope Bulgaria published the book Purpose Driven Youth Ministry by Doug Fields in partnership with the largest book publisher in Bulgaria - New Man Publishing. In 2012 we distributed 106 books from the initial print run of 1,000 copies.New Hope joined churches in their discipleship and evangelism efforts among children, youth and families in 3 different cities in summer 2012. We prepared and implemented childrens and youth ministry programs for summer camp and VBS and reached 150 children and youth and their respective relatives who were coming to camp in the mountains of Bulgaria.\n\nHungary Program Accomplishments: In 2012 New Hope Hungary published two book titles with a focus on ministry to children, youths and families. How and When to Talk to Your Kids about Sex by Stanton & Brenna Jones,and Losing control and Liking It by Tim Sanford. The staff sold about 3,800 copies of books (and gave away about 300 more) at book fairs and regional meetings for Reformed and Lutheran pastors, as well as to Catholic leaders. Sunday school curriculum produced by New Hope Hungary is now being used by around 660 teachers. Eleven of the Premarital Counseling DVD sets were distributed.SlovakiaProgram Accomplishments: In February 2012, New Hope International began the process of closing the office in Slovakia. Programs that had already been in place were slowly phased-out, and by late summer the last bills were paid and the office fully off our books. In early 2012 sixteen participants received training through the New Hope Slovakia MAP program. The purpose of MAP is to prepare, equip and mobilize children's, youth's and student's workers from various churches so that they are more qualified and passionate to carry out their ministries. A few dozen teens were involved in youth meetings twice a month and several of them made decisions to follow Christ. Eleven of the Premarital Counseling DVD sets were distributed.SlovakiaProgram Accomplishments: In February 2012, New Hope International began the process of closing the office in Slovakia. Programs that had already been in place were slowly phased-out, and by late summer the last bills were paid and the office fully off our books. In early 2012 sixteen participants received training through the New Hope Slovakia MAP program. The purpose of MAP is to prepare, equip and mobilize children's, youth's and student's workers from various churches so that they are more qualified and passionate to carry out their ministries. A few dozen teens were involved in youth meetings twice a month and several of them made decisions to follow Christ. New Hope Slovakia gave away or sold for bargain prices all of the books concerning family and family issues that they had in
