Some of these resources include mom enough weekly podcasts, the early learning digest newsletter (for parents of 0-5 year olds), and a monthly webinar series, early learning counts which provides parenting and child development information to parents of 0-5 year olds. Early learning counts was hugely successful, reaching over 2,500 participants across minnesota.\n\nWfrc created webinar libraries for two additional minnesota counties, scott and washington. These webinars are pre-recorded and allow employees, family members and retirees to listen to the presentations at their convenience. Within the first 30 days of implementation, over 300 participants had logged in to view and listen to a webinar.\n\nWfrc created the second online library of 20 webinars for hennepin county. These webinars are pre-recorded and allow employees, family members and retirees to listen to the presentations at their convenience. The first library reached over 5,000 hennepin county employees, retirees and members of their families.\n\nWfrc scheduled 337 seminars at 75 companies, many in more than one department, serving more than 27,000 employees/parents. Wfrc distributed over 3,500 school-readiness calendars to parents and caregivers of young children. This web-based program provides work-life and wellness webinars and archives the recorded presentations for employees and their families to access when it is convenient for them.\n\n.wfrc created the first online library of webinars for hennepin county. These webinars are pre-recorded and allow employees, family members and retirees to listen to the presentations at their convenience. Within the first 30 days of implementation, over 600 participants had logged in to view and listen to a webinar.\n\nWfrc scheduled 349 seminars at 74 companies, many in more than one department, serving more than 25,000 employees/parents. Wfrc distributed over 1,000 school-readiness calendars to parents and caregivers of young children. Distribution included northside achievement zone family academy, a family, friend and neighbor event at the mn children's science museum, saint paul public schools, and others. Wfrc received a new website through the nerdery overnight challenge. Team ratchet did a wonderful job of creating our new customer interface within the 24 hour timeframe allowed. The result is a more user-friendly website that offers resources for both employers and employees.
