Smile Partners, deploying registered dental hygenists and den- tists, focusses on the individual schools and pre-schools that have over 50% (some as high as 90%)who qualify for the free and reduced lunch pro- gram. Some of the school districts that Smile Partners provides on-site services speak over 70 languages. In 2010 Smile Partners delivered 20277 units of preventative service to 5634 children. Specific services include 5200 oral assessments, 1971 prophylatives, 4679 applications of floride, 6085 sealants, 265 scalings and 2077 units of oral health instruction. Our Smiles For Life program is aimed at older adults in Kitsap County pro- viding preventative oral health services on a sliding scale basis.
