These clients received combined feedback on a total of 26 testing concepts including brands, logos, labels, and product tasting. Each client received a comprehensive report that documented all of the results as well as a dvd of the taped activity. In cooperation with university of wisconsin's center for dairy research, the dairy business innovation center (dbic) was able to access the expertise of two visiting international cheesemakers. The gentlemen visited 6 dbic clients and offered them in-depth technical assistance on cheesemaking artisanal techniques. The visits lasted 1/2 day each and in addition to the visits the visiting cheesemakers offered two workshops that were attended by about 25 dbic clients. The workshops and individual client visits were incredibly successful according to the evaluations completed by participants. In february, dbic sponsored a three-day bus zingtrain in ann arbor, michigan for 27 producers and processors interested in learning more about busienss development and customer servivce. Components included a daylong seminar on \"the 12 natural laws of business\" and tours of the zingerman's cheese plant, deli, and distribution center. These clients received combined feedback on a total of 26 testing concepts including brands, logos, labels, and product tasting. Each client received a comprehensive report that documented all of the results as well as a dvd of the taped activity. In cooperation with the university of wisconsin's center for dairy research, the dairy business innovation center (dbic) was able to access the expertise of two visiting international cheesemakers. The gentlemen visited 6 dbic clients and offered them in-depth technical assistance on cheesemaking artisanal techniques. The visits lasted 1/2 day each and in addition to the visits, the visiting cheesemakers offered two workshops that were attended by about 25 dbic clients. The workshops and individual client visits were incredibly successful according to the evaluations completed by participants. In february 2011, dbic sponsored a three day bus zingtrain in ann arbor, michigan for 27 producers and processors interested in learning more about business development and customer service. Components included a daylong seminar on \"the 12 natural laws of business\" and tours of the zingerman's cheese plant, deli, and distribution center.
