Our current initiatives include a state of the art learning center for children ages six weeks to five years and a supportive transitional housing program for single parent families.\n\nSupportive housing: the hale house supportive transitional housing program, which opened in december 2004, targets families who are homeless. Using a \"neighborhood cluster model\", the supportive transitional housing program provides housing and comprehensive case management services to help parents who are homeless reestablish their families as they transition to a permanent, stable living environment. Hale can serve up to 19 families in recently renovated, and well maintained hale house owned apartments. Our goal is to create a community and culture that enables families to remain intact, live safely in a good neighborhood, attend school, find employment, and otherwise stabilize their lives. In FY10 supportive transitional housing served 34 families.\n\nMother hale learning center: the mother hale learning center serves children ages 6 weeks through 5 years. Licensed by the nyc department of health and mental hygiene to accomodate 38 children, the mother hale learning center follows a curriculum consistent with the national association for the education of young children standards. The mother hale learning center strives to provide high quality, educationally based care to as many low and moderate income families as possible - families who typically would not have access to this level of care. The mother hale learning center also makes arrangements for early intervention and evaluation services, provides workshops, parent resources and referral services and focuses on the enhancement of family units. In FY10 mother hale learning center served 55 children.\n\nProgram development: development of new initiatives including special programs, new or replicated programs, and enhancement of existing services that are consistent with our mission and organizational goals; development, implementation and ongoing oversight of quality assurance protocols to ensure that our programs are running as effectively and efficiently as possible; and development, implementation and ongoing oversight of program and outcome measures to ensure that our programs and services are having the intended impact on our children and families.\n\nOther programs: 4d. Licensed by the nyc department of health and mental hygiene to accomodate 38 children, the mother hale learning center follows a curriculum consistent with the national association for the education of young children standards. The mother hale learning center strives to provide high quality, educationally based care to as many low and moderate income families as possible - families who typically would not have access to this level of care. The mother hale learning center also makes arrangements for early intervention and evaluation services, provides workshops, parent resources and referral services and focuses on the enhancement of family units. In FY13 mother hale learning center served 51 children.\n\nSupportive housing: the hale house supportive transitional housing program, which opened in december 2004, targets families who are homeless. Using a \"neighborhood cluster model\", the supportive transitional housing program provides housing and comprehensive case management services to help parents who are homeless re-establish their families as they transition to a permanent, stable living environment. Hale can serve up to 19 families in recently renovated and well maintained hale house owned apartments. Our goal is to create a community and culture that enables families to remain intact, live safely in a good neighborhood, attend school, find employment, and otherwise stabilize their lives.\n\nProgram development: development of new initiatives including special programs, new or replicated programs, and enhancement of existing services that are consistent with our mission and organizational goals; development, implementation and ongoing oversight of quality assurance protocols to ensure that our programs are running as effectively and efficiently as possible; and Hale can serve up to 19 families in recently renovated, and well maintained hale house owned apartments. Our goal is to create a community and culture that enables families to remain intact, live safely in a good neighborhood, attend school, find employment, and otherwise stabilize their lives.\n\nMother hale learning center: the mother hale learning center serves children ages 6 weeks through 5 years. Licensed by the nyc department of health and mental hygiene to accomodate 38 children, the mother hale learning center follows a curriculum consistent with the national association for the education of young children standards. The mother hale learning center strives to provide high quality, educationally based care to as many low and moderate income families as possible - families who typically would not have access to this level of care. The mother hale learning center also makes arrangements for early intervention and evaluation services, provides workshops, parent resources and referral services and focuses on the enhancement of family units. In FY10 mother hale learning center served 60 children.\n\nProgram development: development of new initiatives including special programs, new or replicated programs, and enhancement of existing services that are consistent with our mission and organizational goals; development, implementation and ongoing oversight of quality assurance protocols to ensure that our programs are running as effectively and efficiently as possible; and development, implementation and ongoing oversight of program and outcome measures to ensure that our programs and services are having the intended impact on our children and families.\n\nOther programs: 4d. Licensed by the nyc department of health and mental hygiene to accomodate 38 children, the mother hale learning center follows a curriculum consistent with the national association for the education of young children standards. The mother hale learning center strives to provide high quality, educationally based care to as many low and moderate income families as possible - families who typically would not have access to this level of care. The mother hale learning center also makes arrangements for early intervention and evaluation services, provides workshops, parent resources and referral services and focuses on the enhancement of family units. In FY13 mother hale learning center served 51 children.\n\nSupportive housing: the hale house supportive transitional housing program, which opened in december 2004, targets families who are homeless. Using a \"neighborhood cluster model\", the supportive transitional housing program provides housing and comprehensive case management services to help parents who are homeless re-establish their families as they transition to a permanent, stable living environment. Hale can serve up to 19 families in recently renovated and well maintained hale house owned apartments. Our goal is to create a community and culture that enables families to remain intact, live safely in a good neighborhood, attend school, find employment, and otherwise stabilize their lives.\n\nProgram development: development of new initiatives including special programs, new or replicated programs, and enhancement of existing services that are consistent with our mission and organizational goals; development, implementation and ongoing oversight of quality assurance protocols to ensure that our programs are running as effectively and efficiently as possible; and
