united methodist church of jefferson city, tennessee, traveled to cebu, an area of over four million residents in the philippines. the team witnessed hundreds of children in the area, most without adult supervision, without shoes, and without clean water. the missionaries supplied food, clothing, medicine, bibles, water, candy and a lot of love. the missionaries, while in cebu, partnered with
