Community instructors and True North practitioners and affiliates rent space to facilitate their programs and they handle their own marketing and registration. In 2010, True North offered 60 classes. Learn Over Lunch Community Education Program True North practitioners and affiliates offer wellness presentations to local businesses, schools and nonprofit groups delivered right to the workplace that fit easily into a lunch hour. Topics include General Wellness, Family Health, Food & Nutrition and Stress Relief. The first presentation is offered for free; fees for each additional talk vary by practitioner. In 2010, nine (9) presentations were held, hosted by the following organizations: HDR/DTA (Portland engineering firm), Bowdoin College, North Yarmouth Memorial School, Old Orchard Beach/Saco Adult Ed, HomeHealth Visiting Nurses of Southern Maine, Northern Maine Community College - Diabetes Conference, Common Ground Fair.
